Bespoke Financial Wellbeing Service

Our service centres on understanding you, from your overarching aims, your financial wellbeing objectives, and your benefits, people and culture. We combine this insight with our experience and expertise across the breadth of our holistic end-to-end financial wellbeing service, to design and implement a bespoke financial wellbeing programme that reflects your benefits and language, with the aim of delivering real change and impact.

Key features:

  • Financial fitness test – as a diagnostic and to set a baseline from which to measure programme effectiveness
  • Online education hub – with information on all workplace benefits, including bespoke content for your pensions and benefits, with links to your business’s platforms and third party links. The hub also houses information on all aspects of personal finance case studies, life moments and tips, as well as videos, modellers and other tools
  • Programme of live events – delivered face-to-face and online. Events focus on career stages (early and mid-career and retirement) and a wide range of topics including finance and mental health, boosting retirement savings, making the most of workplace benefits and understanding UK personal taxes
  • Online event booking and management including booking confirmations, reminders and waiting list functionality
  • Tactical support for specific employee groups such as those impacted by annual/ lifetime pension tax allowances, and exercises including restructures and pension changes
  • Retirement services– to increase all employees' engagement with retirement planning, with dedicated support for those approaching retirement
  • Financial guidance drop-in clinics – online and in person

  • Workplace Mortgage Advice Service  - an added workplace benefit giving employees access to independent mortgage advice
  • Global Financial Wellbeing Service - a service only available to clients using the bespoke Financial Wellbeing Service. This provides non-UK colleagues with access to a financial fitness test and an online hub that informs and enables the universal principles of good financial health
  • Library of on-demand recorded webinars and bite-sized videos and animations on a range of financial topics
  • Communications tool kit for launch communications, roadshows and ongoing promotion of your financial wellbeing programme
  • Colleague engagement via regular ‘stay-in-the-loop’ communications that support your benefits calendar and regular financial dates (such as tax year end), key legislation or benefits changes throughout the year
  • Dedicated account management team, regular reports and service review meetings
