If you wish to open and fund an ISA before the end of this tax year, we recommend registering for the My WealthPartner service before 21 March to ensure there’s enough time for us to set up your online account and for you to make contributions.
Open an ISA
If you’re already a My WealthPartner Online client, complete, sign and scan your ISA form to us at pwcsupport@closebrothers.com from your registered email address. To ensure your ISA account is open in the current tax year, please send completed forms back to us by midday on the 29 March.

Open a Junior ISA
Existing My WealthPartner Online clients can also open a Junior ISA for a child they have parental responsibility for who is under 18. Please complete, sign and scan this document to us at pwcsupport@closebrothers.com from your registered email address before midday on 29 March.

If you've got an ISA, JISA or investment account with another provider, you can transfer to us using the forms below. If you've already registered online, you can scan a copy of your completed transfer form to us at pwcsupport@closebrothers.com.
Please note, you do not need to sell your holdings in order to transfer them to us.

The quickest way to return forms to us is via email from your registered email address to pwcsupport@closebrothers.com. Alternatively, if you do not have access to a printer or scanner, please send your forms to our freepost address: “FREEPOST CBAM ONLINE INVESTOR SUPPORT”.
