Pride month 2021

Every June, the LGBTQ+ community and allies come together in a celebration of diversity, acceptance and unity.

Across the world, millions attend marches, parades and parties, although like many other events, most of the connecting and celebrating has been online in 2020 and 2021.

Throughout the month, our people and teams will have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to inclusion through educational events, networking and celebrations.

Building an inclusive environment that allows everyone to thrive

At Close Brothers we are passionate about fairness and equality, and we’re committed to building an inclusive environment that enables all of our colleagues, including those who identify as LGBTQ+ to thrive.

To me, Pride is a celebration of inclusion, equality and freedom of expression. Our Inclusion Committee and I will keep asking the challenging and necessary questions in order to improve, to make sure everyone in our firm feels valued and included. Happy Pride!
