We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Northern Ballet, the award-winning Leeds-based dance company and one of the most important narrative ballet companies in the UK.

Like CBAM, Northern Ballet has a strong presence in the north of England, and we feel they are the right partner for us as we build our regional footprint and develop our brand profile and awareness across the country. We’re proud to have the opportunity to champion and support the performing arts, particularly after such a difficult time for the sector.

Matthew Spencer, our Head of Business Development & Marketing said:

“Northern Ballet is a truly phenomenal organisation, and we are proud to launch this partnership. It is well known that the UK’s performing arts and culture industry has been under immense pressure during the pandemic, and we are pleased to be able to support Northern Ballet in sharing the benefits of dance with as many people as possible.”

Mark Skipper DL, Chief Executive of Northern Ballet, said:

“We are delighted to be announcing our new partnership with Close Brothers Asset Management. Dance has the power to change people’s lives for the better, and CBAM’s support will ensure we can keep bringing our award-winning productions and outreach activities to as many people as possible. Like Northern Ballet, CBAM has a strong presence in the north of England, and we feel they are the right partner for us as we maintain our strong commitment to our role as a leader in showcasing the importance of world class dance.”

We provide a full range of advice, investment management and self-directed services to private clients and professional advisers. Just like Northern Ballet, we reach people across the UK, with regional offices in London, Bristol, Chester, Manchester, Gatwick, Newcastle, Midlands, Farnham, Northwich, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
